Kane County Maryland Carnival 26.07.2009

Last night while driving back to Baltimore from a BBQ in Northern Maryland we passed by a massive roadside carnival in Kane County. I remember carnivals like this from when I was a kid in Indiana, ours was called the Fun Frolic and happened every year down by the football stadium. It was wet and kind of muddy from an earlier rain, but I spent some time looking at the rides, all neon in the darkness, and smelling the hot sugary funnel cakes.
