Cell Phones 29.12.2008
So for a while I’ve been messing around with various cell phones I’ve owned, seeing what’s possible with the camera’s on them. I’ve always been a huge fan of cheep, plastic camera’s (got my first Holga in college, had Russian made Lomo in 1997, you get the picture) and shitty cell phone camera’s seem kind of like the next step in that.
I dug the camera on my Razr and when I got an iPhone last year I was pretty stoked to see what it could do and was, at once, totally disappointed. But since it’s literally the camera that’s in my pocket all the time I’ve kept plugging away with it, figured out some in camera post processing I like and what the machine can and can’t do.
